2008 NBJ Summit Keynotes Announced
Walter Robb, Whole Foods Market Co-President and Chief Operating Officer With a long and varied entrepreneurial history in natural foods ranging from retailer to farmer to consultant, Walter Robb joined Whole Foods Market in 1991. He opened and operated the Mill Valley, California, store until he became president of the Northern Pacific Region in 1993. Under Robb, the region grew from two to 17 stores, including four acquisitions. Robb then became Executive Vice-President of Operations in 2000, Chief Operating Officer in 2001 and Co-President in 2004.
Dr. Taylor Hartman is the critically acclaimed author of The Color Code: A New Way to See Yourself, Your Relationships, and Life (now titled The People Code) and creator of The Color Code Personality Profile. With a Ph.D. in Human Behavior and Leadership, Dr. Hartman has been teaching the world for over 30 years one basic truth: All life is about relationships. Dr. Hartman is currently a full-time business consultant and CEO of Hartman Communications. He leads the company and his consulting practice with the single purpose of educating people from all walks of life about themselves and how they can most effectively enhance their personal relationships and professional performance.

Adam Werbach, Global Chief Executive Officer, Saatchi & Saatchi S. Regarded as one of the world's premier experts in sustainability, at the age of 23, Adam was elected the youngest president ever of the Sierra Club. In 1998, he founded Act Now, to engage the corporate and media world in social, environmental, cultural and economic change. After ten successful years, Act Now merged with global ideas company Saatchi & Saatchi to form Saatchi & Saatchi S, the world's largest sustainability agency.
